The Rosette Nebula is a large, circular H II region located near one end of a giant molecular cloud in the Monoceros. This is a narrowband image taken from the center of the city. Exposure times are 60 min in each H alpha, S II and O III filter.

This is a narrowband image of the Soul Nebula - an emission nebulae in Cassiopeia. H alpha, S II and O III images were combined to obtain this composit. Exposition times are 30 min in each filter. The conditions were heavy light pollution (centre of the city) and almost full Moon.

This image is a stack of 19 individual 15 min frames, taken from light poluted centre of Varna with 6 nm H alpha filter.

The individual subframes are 2 x 10 min in S II mapped as red, 2 x 10 min in H alpha mapped as green and 2 x 10 min in O III mapped as blue. The images were taken under conditions of haevy light pollution (centre of Varna) and almost full Moon.

This is the region of NGC 7000 North America Nebula also known as Cygnus Wall. The image is H alpha - S II - O III combination. Exposure time are 60 min (6 x 10 min) per each filter. The images were taken under conditions of haevy light pollution (centre of Varna) and almost full Moon.

This is a narrowband image taken with H alpha 9 nm (30 min), S II (30 min) and O III (30 min) filters. The colors are mapped: H alpha = Red, S II = Green and O III = Blue. The subframes (each 10 min.) were taken from very light polluted centre of  Varna (vis. mag ~ 2.0 - 2.5)

This is an example what can be done with narrowband filters even from sites with heavy light pollution. The image is combination of 3 ten minute exposures, each taken with 9 nm H alpha filter from the very heart of Varna (mag ~ 2.0 - 2.5). Seeing also was bad ( 2 - 3)

The 12 inch ASA astrograph is mounted on ASA DDM85 mount, without guiding. This is a LRGB image respectively 55, 30, 30 and 40 min in each channel.
